Author Guidelines
LENKA Journal of Medical and Health Technology (LJMHT)
1. General Information

LJMHT accepts original research articles, literature reviews, case reports, and short communications related to health and medical sciences.
-
Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration by another journal.
-
Manuscripts must be written in English (Bahasa Indonesia optional upon request with English abstract).
-
There are no Article Processing Charges (APCs). Publication is free of charge.
2. Manuscript Submission
-
All submissions must be made through the official journal system/website or sent via the official journal email [insert email or link].
-
Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
-
The file name should include the corresponding author’s name and date of submission (e.g., Smith_LJMHT_Oct2025.docx).

4. Formatting Guidelines
-
Use Times New Roman, size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
-
Use APA Style 7th edition for in-text citations and reference list.

All tables and figures must be numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and placed after the references or within the text.
-
Figures should be in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
-
Equations and symbols should be clear and typed using appropriate equation editors.
5. Abstract and Keywords
-
The abstract must be concise and informative, clearly stating the purpose, methods, main results, and conclusion.
-
Provide 3–5 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
6. Ethical Considerations
-
All research involving human participants must state that ethical approval was obtained from an appropriate ethics committee.
-
Authors must declare any conflict of interest.
-
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data presented.
7. Plagiarism Policy
-
All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software.
-
Manuscripts with more than 20% similarity (excluding references) may be rejected immediately or returned for revision.
8. Peer Review Process
-
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
-
The editorial team reserves the right to make minor grammatical or formatting edits.
-
The review process may take 4–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability.
9. Copyright and Licensing
-
All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
